11 cricket Terms and Conditions

In this document, "11 cricket", "platform", "we" or "site" refers to 11cricket.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

• Account: Each registered member's individual personal profile, through which they use the platform's services.
• Bonus: Financial or other benefits provided by 11 cricket subject to specified conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The condition to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Net Loss: The amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

To use 11 cricket's services, users must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited.
• The applicant must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and must be capable of complying with applicable laws.
• You are permitted to hold only one account in your name. If multiple accounts are found, 11 cricket reserves the right to close all of them.
• The user must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions voluntarily.
• The service must not be used under another person's direction or pressure.

11 cricket may request identity or age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate and complete information — including full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the associated balance.

3.2 Login and Password

Choose a strong password to protect your account and do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your username and password. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 11 cricket support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

Where applicable, particularly before large withdrawal requests, 11 cricket may request a copy of a national identity card or passport. Withdrawals may be delayed until the KYC process is complete. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and store information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

11 cricket currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks may be used.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this may take longer in cases of KYC verification or unusual circumstances.

4.4 Account Ownership

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing or withdrawing via third-party accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

The following promotions are available to members, each with its own specific terms:

• Weekly 11 cricket Deposit Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳500; once per week.
• 11 cricket Slot Adventure Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; once per day on slot games.
• Friday Special Reload Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳12,000; wagering 18x; once every Friday.
• Birthday 11 cricket Gift: reward up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; once in the registered birthday month.
• Refer a Friend, Earn 11 cricket Rewards: up to ৳5,000; wagering 12x; added automatically after each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Funds earned from a bonus will be treated as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is met.
• More than one bonus may not be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Minimum odds or other restrictions may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
• 11 cricket reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered final only after it has been confirmed by 11 cricket. If a bet is not completed due to a network disconnection or system error, 11 cricket will review its own logs to make a determination.

6.2 Cancellations and Refunds

If a match is abandoned or the organising body declares the result void, the related bet is treated as cancelled and the stake is returned. Whether a bet can be cancelled before a match starts depends on the rules of the specific market.

6.3 Slots and Casino Games

All slot and live casino games run on third-party game provider technology. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical fault is detected in a game, that round may be cancelled.

6.4 VIP Cashback

11 cricket has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.5%), Gold (0.8%) and Platinum (1.0%). Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 11 cricket platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using any computer program, bot or automated software.
• Attempting to fix matches or manipulate results in collusion with internal or external parties.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or providing fraudulent information to other members.

If prohibited activities are proven, 11 cricket reserves the right to forfeit the balance of the relevant account and permanently close it. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

8.1 Financial Losses

11 cricket is not liable for any financial losses a user incurs through gaming or betting activities. Each betting or gaming decision is made by the user themselves, and the user bears full responsibility for it.

8.2 Technical Disruptions

11 cricket is not liable for any loss or disruption caused by internet disconnection, server maintenance or issues with third-party service providers. However, transactions directly affected by a technical fault may be reviewed by contacting the support team.

8.3 User Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to play within their financial means. We encourage all members to follow the Responsible Gaming guidelines.

All content on the 11cricket.cam website — logos, graphics, text, software and design — is the intellectual property of 11 cricket or its content providers. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using this content without prior permission from 11 cricket is prohibited.

Game content and software are the intellectual property of the respective third-party developers and are protected accordingly.

10.1 Terms Updates

11 cricket reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notification on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Closing an Account

A member may voluntarily request to close their account at any time. If there are no outstanding matters at the time of the request, the balance will be returned. Answers to related questions are available in the FAQ section.

10.3 Closure by 11 cricket

11 cricket may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspected fraud or legal requirements.
